Terms of Service

TrustMCP is a rules-based log analysis tool that classifies entries in server access logs you provide as verified MCP, likely agent, likely scraper, or unknown, based on patterns in the request path and User-Agent string.
Traffic classification of this kind is inherently a best-effort heuristic exercise, not a guarantee. A sufficiently motivated actor can mimic the signals TrustMCP looks for. TrustMCP is provided as a visibility tool to help you understand your traffic — it does not block, rate-limit, or take any action against any traffic, and it should not be relied on as your sole means of security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance decision-making. You are responsible for how you act on the classifications TrustMCP provides.
TrustMCP's free tier classifies up to 200 log lines per submission and includes 5 live URL checks, at no cost and with no account required.
Creating an account is free and optional. It exists so your check history and any Pro access follow you across devices and browsers. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect the service from abuse. You can ask us to delete your account and its history at any time by emailing hello@trust-mcp.com.
You agree not to use TrustMCP to process log data you are not authorized to access, or in any way that violates applicable law, including privacy laws governing the data of your own site's visitors contained in your logs.
TrustMCP is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustMCP and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including damages resulting from misclassified traffic or reliance on TrustMCP's output.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TrustMCP after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
